CAKE Technologies, a London-based hospitality startup, had a dedicated team of sales people but 90% of their sales efforts were outbound initiatives. Finding and sourcing the right prospects was time consuming and costly – their team were spending 50% of their time searching the internet for contact information. The team were closing approximately 60% of all their meetings, but were not having enough meetings. They were lead staved.
Taskeater setup a team of 2 analysts to search for leads from a hit list of 3,500 targets the client provided. The analysts then found 2-3 prospects for each target company.
